Where it is used
- Downdraft extractors in recirculation mode — closes the access opening above the cooker connection box against backflowing air
- Offset existing sockets — direct access to connections behind neighbouring cabinets, without blocking storage space
- Any 125 mm access opening that should stay closed and still be accessible
What is included
Mounting frame and cover. Fixing screws are not included. Each cover needs 4 countersunk screws Ø3 mm; the length depends on the thickness of the back panel. Suitable screws are available as a fixing set of 8.

Heavy Duty version
Under the “Version” option the cover is also available in a reinforced Heavy Duty execution: around 50 % thicker with a reinforced ring, noticeably sturdier and heavier than the standard version. The mounting frame and all installation and connection dimensions are identical to the standard version — the Heavy Duty cover therefore fits the same opening and the same frame.
One size down
For narrow back panels and tight spots where 125 mm no longer fits, the same cover is available as the RP01080 for 80 mm holes — same principle, same handling, same four colours.
Joining two openings
Where one 125 mm opening is not enough, the connecting pieces XT01175 and XT01225 join two RP01125 into one continuous opening — 300 × 125 mm at a centre distance of 175 mm, 350 × 125 mm at 225 mm. Both connecting pieces fit the Standard as well as the Heavy Duty version.
Installation
Screw in the frame, insert the cover, lock it.
