Shipping costs

• Germany: €6.90 — free from an order value of €100.00
• EU member states: €14.90 — free from an order value of €150.00

We currently do not ship to countries outside Germany and the European Union. This also applies to European countries that are not EU members, such as Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Norway.

Delivery time

Orders are dispatched within 7 working days of receipt of payment, usually considerably faster. The subsequent transit time depends on the carrier and the destination country.

Carrier

Shipping is handled by DHL. All consignments are sent with tracking; you will receive the tracking number by email.
