Terms of service

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through this online shop. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person acting in the exercise of their trade, business or profession when entering into the transaction.

3. Formation of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the order button you place a binding order for the goods in your basket. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email or dispatch the goods.

4. Prices

All prices stated are final prices. Under § 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG) no VAT is charged and therefore none is shown. The shipping costs stated during the order process are added.

5. Payment

Payment is made using the methods displayed and selectable during the order process, currently including PayPal. The purchase price is due on formation of the contract.

6. Delivery and shipping costs

Dispatch normally takes place within 7 working days of receipt of payment. We deliver to Germany and the member states of the European Union. The applicable shipping costs are set out in our shipping information and displayed during the order process.

7. Retention of title

The goods delivered remain our property until payment has been received in full.

8. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Please see our withdrawal policy for details.

9. Warranty

The statutory rights in respect of defects apply.

10. Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

11. Applicable law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Where the customer acts as a consumer, this choice of law applies only to the extent that it does not deprive the consumer of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which the consumer is habitually resident.
