OP01125 — cable pass-through Ø125 mm
Price incl. VAT, plus shipping costs. Delivery time 5–8 working days.
- Made in Gütersloh, Germany
Run cables and hoses cleanly through a Ø125 mm hole — in cabinet sides, dividers and back panels. The OP01125 lines the open cut edge of the hole. Two versions: one side, where the hole is only seen from the front, and both sides with a counterpart, where it goes through a divider panel or two cabinets standing side by side.
Size comparison — which opening do you need?
Where it is used
- Two cabinets side by side — the hole goes through both side panels and is visible from both sides
- A divider panel — one panel, hole likewise visible from both sides
- A back panel — the hole is only seen from the front, the rear stays out of sight
- Cable and hose pass-throughs where the cut edge needs to stay protected and clean
Two versions
| Both sides (with counterpart) | Mounting frame, pass-through cover and counterpart. For holes visible from both sides — a divider panel or two cabinets standing side by side. €12.90 |
|---|---|
| One side (without counterpart) | Mounting frame and pass-through cover. For holes seen only from the front — back panels and concealed sides. €7.90 |
If the hole is visible from both sides — two cabinets standing side by side just as much as a single divider panel — both parts are fitted: the pass-through cover turns into the mounting frame on side A with a quarter turn, the counterpart is pushed onto side B until it clicks into place. Clicking them together needs no tools. Panel thicknesses from 16 mm (a single divider) to 40 mm (two outer sides against each other) are covered — below 34 mm the counterpart is first cut to length at one of the two notches, and that does need a cutting tool.
On a back panel the hole is only visible from the front. The mounting frame and the pass-through cover are then enough — no counterpart is needed, the frame holds the cover in place. That is what the one-side version is for. The tube projects 20,5 mm behind the visible face and can be sawn off on thin back panels.
What is included
Depending on the version chosen: mounting frame and pass-through cover (one side), or the counterpart as well (both sides). Fixing screws are not included. The mounting frame has eight screw points; four countersunk screws Ø3 mm are enough for installation, and the length depends on the panel thickness. Suitable screws are available as a fixing set of 8 — the same set as for the RP01125.

Setting the panel thickness (both-sides version)
The counterpart covers panel thicknesses from 16 to 40 mm — from a 16 mm divider to two 19 mm outer sides standing against each other. Up to 40 mm it is used at full length; below that it is cut to length. Two notches mark where to cut; use a knife, a fine saw or side cutters — the counterpart cannot be snapped off by hand.
| 16–25 mm | cut at the first notch |
|---|---|
| 25–34 mm | cut at the second notch |
| 34–40 mm | leave at full length |
Installation
Cut the Ø125 mm hole, screw the mounting frame to side A, lock the pass-through cover in with a quarter turn and — if the rear is visible — push the counterpart onto side B until it clicks. On panels under 34 mm, cut the counterpart to length at the matching notch beforehand. The latch engages in 1,5 mm steps, so the gap at the flange stays under a millimetre. The teeth are hidden once it is installed. A firm pull releases the two trims from each other again.
How it differs from the access cover
The RP01125 closes the opening and can be opened for access. The OP01125 keeps the same opening permanently clear and lines it — for cables and hoses that need to run through. Both sit in the same Ø125 mm hole and use the same mounting frame.
