Everything needed for one Ø125 mm access opening in a furniture back panel — from marking out and cutting through to the finished, locked cover. Meant for anyone doing this for the first time who would rather not assemble four separate items.
What is in the kit
- 1 × RP01125 access cover Ø125 mm in the standard version, colour of your choice — mounting frame and cover
- 1 × MS0312 fixing set with 8 countersunk screws Ø3 × 12 mm
- 1 × SB125 marking template Ø125 mm
- 1 × BK125 bi-metal hole saw Ø125 mm with arbor and pilot drill
Why as a kit
The hole saw is usually where it stalls: 125 mm is not a size that comes in an ordinary hole saw case. Once you own it, you do not need it again for the next opening — from then on the cover and screws on their own are enough.
How it goes
Mark the position of the connection point, transfer the circle with the template, cut it with the hole saw, fix the mounting frame with four screws, insert the cover and lock it. The whole sequence is shown as a video in the instructions.

Safety information hole saw: intended use is cut-outs in wood-based panels, not for hammer mode. Before every use, check that the saw ring, the arbor and the pilot drill are free of defects and damage. Wear safety glasses, ear protection and gloves, and a dust mask for dusty work. At a 125 mm cutting diameter the reaction torque is considerable — clamp the workpiece securely and guide the machine with both hands. Disconnect the machine from the mains or remove the battery before changing the pilot drill. Keep out of the reach of children.
Safety information cover: PLA softens at around 60 °C and is not a certified fire-protection or high-temperature component. Further information in the technical data sheet.
